IV Negotiation and Mediation Tournament for Business Professionals

Jurors

Participants of the tournament will compete in teams and individually.

Their task will be to conduct negotiations or mediation based on the received scenario, prepared by negotiation and mediation experts.

 

The participants of the Tournament will be assessed by a selected jury. It consists only of outstanding experts in the field of Business Negotiations and Commercial Mediation. We invite you to get to know them better.

Agnieszka has exceptional experience that allows her to achieve her goals both during negotiations within the organization and with suppliers. Privately, she loves to spend time actively with her family, most often skiing or sailing.

He has a master's degree in engineering and holds a diploma from the Jagiellonian University in the field of mediation and alternative dispute resolution. He is also a certified business coach with over 2,500 coaching hours. Currently, he works as the Global Director for Competence Development of Sales Managers at Bossard AG. In this position, he is responsible for training and coaching individuals and sales teams, creating training and analyzing the development of competences in the organization. He conducts training in negotiations, building added value for the client, total cost of ownership, strategic management of the client portfolio and building sales strategies. He specializes in managing global and key clients, creating sales strategies for these clients, building positive models of sales behavior and deepening relations with clients by searching for unique added values. He often uses tools such as "Design Thinking", "Sprint methodology" or "Blue Ocean Competitive Map". An expert in business negotiations. Privately, a fly fisherman and a trekking enthusiast.

For over 20 years he has been working in an international environment in key management positions, of which he spent several years in France, Spain and Italy. He has extensive experience in the areas of finance, purchasing and operational management in the automotive, food, marine, aviation and consulting industries. Currently, as the General Director of the Center, he is developing Dyson's operations in Poland. Privately, he likes to spend time walking with his family in the mountains and flying gliders.

He pays particular attention to the development of the team of employees, and his actions helped most of them to take up important functions in the sales, consulting and management structures of Comach SA's foreign branches. Graduate of the Cracow University of Economics - Management and Marketing and MBA at the Polish Open University / Oxford Brookes University, Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP). Privately, a father of two daughters, passionate about team sports: beach volleyball and basketball, and a lover of jazz.
