The idea of the event
The Negotiation and Mediation Tournament is a prestigious, pioneering project. Its assumptions include competitions between teams in the field of negotiations and economic mediation. Representatives of companies will face each other in business negotiations and economic mediations, and an experienced jury will select the winners, awarding them attractive prizes adequate to the sponsor's industry.
The project is addressed to employees of international corporations, as well as to economic mediators.
Team assignments
Participants of the tournament will compete in teams. Their task will be to conduct negotiations or mediation based on the received scenario, prepared by negotiation and mediation experts.
Lectures
There will be lectures during the event. During them, participants will gain knowledge in the field of negotiations and mediation, and will receive feedback based on a case study of the winning teams.
Professional organization
The organizers of the event are the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow and Eveneum - a consulting company specializing in business consulting, negotiation workshops and company audits.
