V Negotiation and Mediation Tournament for Business Professionals

Jurors

Participants of the tournament will compete in teams and individually.

Their task will be to conduct negotiations or mediation based on the received scenario, prepared by negotiation and mediation experts.

 

The participants of the Tournament will be assessed by a selected jury. It consists only of outstanding experts in the field of Business Negotiations and Commercial Mediation. We invite you to get to know them better.

Responsible for managing Sodexo business in Poland. Has over 20 years of experience in the field of Facility Management and integrated workplace solutions. Striving to fully understand the client's needs allows Marta to design effective and innovative solutions, often going beyond the traditionally understood industry standards. Building talented teams and creating an environment that allows employees to develop are the key factors of her success. As she believes that happy people do business, she puts particular emphasis on wellbeing. Marta translated this approach also to client relations, working with them to create a work space focused on the wellbeing of its users. In her free time, she is a music lover and a frequent visitor to cultural events.

Graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the Wrocław University of Economics and Business in the field of International Business, Executive MBA at Nottingham Trent University and Wielkopolska Business School at the Poznań University of Economics and Business, and postgraduate studies in Commercial Law at the University of Wrocław, and Corporate Finance Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. From 2022, Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS). He has over 20 years of experience in leading direct, indirect and investment procurement teams at the regional and global level as well as building and developing multinational procurement and supplier development (SQD) departments gained in the automotive industry and "off-highway" vehicle components production segment. Additionally, he has several years of experience in leading and development of IT department as well as SAP implementation management. Privately, the father of two daughters, the fan of fantasy and science-fiction movies, the collector of fridge magnets who likes to spend his free time skiing, running or working in the garden.

Graduated from the Economic Institute of Economics University in Cracow in the field of International Trade. A member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS). Engaged in procurement since 2014, primarily in the FMCG and aviation industries. Joined the procurement department of the International Airlines Group in 2017. Currently serving as the Head of Global Tactical Sourcing, leading a team that supports sourcing activities across the entire group, encompassing various categories such as MRO, IT, Corporate, Customer, Hotels, Lounges, and Airport Operations. Additionally, responsible for contract management and continuous improvement in procurement reporting and analytics. Oversees the Group Procurement Graduate Program in Poland. In her personal life, she is a mother to an energetic 4-year-old and is passionate about travel, trekking, functional training, literature, and movies.

For over 20 years he has been working in an international environment in key management positions, of which he spent several years in France, Spain and Italy. He has extensive experience in the areas of finance, purchasing and operational management in the automotive, food, marine, aviation and consulting industries. Currently, as the General Director of the Center, he is developing Dyson's operations in Poland. Privately, he likes to spend time walking with his family in the mountains and flying gliders.

For over 20 years, I have been working on the development of foreign and global markets for clients in over 30 countries, including Europe, USA, Australia, Mexico, South Africa, and India. Currently, I work at Loylogic, a Swiss company that was the first to create an online marketplace with rewards for loyalty programs and "split payment" technology (points and card). I negotiate contracts and oversee international projects, collaborating with the largest companies on the Fortune 500 list. I am actively involved in key projects in the fuel, retail, airline, and automotive industries. I am a graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow, majoring in Management and Marketing, and I also have an MBA from the Polish Open University/Oxford Brookes University. I am a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP). Privately, I am a father of two daughters, a team sports enthusiast (beach volleyball and basketball), and a jazz lover.

Over the past 12 years connected with TechnipFMC, holding various global positions and making significant contributions to the company's success. Most recently serving as a Senior Procurement Manager. In 2019 established sourcing and procurement hub for TechnipFMC in Krakow. Under his guidance and leadership, the hub has grown into an integral part of the organization, supporting its global operations as well as driving efficiency and standardization. Beyond his professional achievements, he finds immense joy in his role as a father to two boys. He cherishes spending time running street and trail competitions. Artur's diverse interests also extend to his appreciation for good jazz music and the flavors of Brazilian cuisine.
