{"id":975,"date":"2019-04-29T15:57:04","date_gmt":"2019-04-29T13:57:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/negocjacjeimediacje.biz\/?page_id=975"},"modified":"2024-03-28T09:53:37","modified_gmt":"2024-03-28T08:53:37","slug":"warunki-uczestnictwa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/negocjacjeimediacje.biz\/en\/warunki-uczestnictwa\/","title":{"rendered":"Participation conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Terms and Conditions of Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Niniejszy regulamin okre\u015bla warunki rejestracji zg\u0142oszenia uczestnictwa w \u201eVI Og\u00f3lnopolskim Turnieju Negocjacyjno-Mediacyjnym dla biznesu&#8221; (zwanym dalej Wydarzeniem).<\/p>\n<p>The event is organized by Eveneum Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., having a place of business at  M\u0142odziejowice (32-091), at 9 S\u0142oneczny Stok Street, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 513 023 53 59, National Business Registry Number (REGON) 12 28 94 402 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 1. Negotiation teams<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Two or three-person negotiation teams representing one legal entity may participate in the negotiation stream of the tournament.<\/li>\n<li>Members of a two- or three-person negotiating team may come from different departments of one business entity.<\/li>\n<li>The Applicant has the right to change the members of the negotiation team up to 14 days before the start of the Event.<\/li>\n<li>One legal entity may be represented by more than one negotiating team.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 2. Reporting of the negotiation team<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The person submitting the negotiating team acts on behalf of the members of the team and the represented business entity.<\/li>\n<li>Applications should be made online, via the registration form available at: <a href=\"https:\/\/eveneum.com\/produkt\/turniej-negocjacyjno-mediacyjny-dla-biznesu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/eveneum.com\/produkt\/turniej-negocjacyjno-mediacyjny-dla-biznesu\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The organizers, after considering the application, reserve the right to refuse to accept the application within 30 days from the registration of the application.<\/li>\n<li>The organizers reserve the right to end the registration of applications earlier due to the limitation of available places.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 3 . Mediators and proxies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mediators and proxies representing the parties of the conflict may participate in the mediation stream of the tournament.<\/li>\n<li>Each team includes one mediator and two proxies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 4. Application for the mediation tournament<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the mediation part you can apply as:\n<ul>\n<li>mediator<\/li>\n<li>proxy<\/li>\n<li>listener (the listener does not take an active part in the tournament, he acts as a spectator)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Applications should be made online, via the registration form available at:<a href=\"https:\/\/eveneum.com\/produkt\/turniej-negocjacyjno-mediacyjny-dla-mediatorow\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/eveneum.com\/produkt\/turniej-negocjacyjno-mediacyjny-dla-mediatorow\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The organizers, after considering the application, reserve the right to refuse to accept the application within 30 days from the registration of the application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 5. Payment for participation in the Event<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The registration fee for submitting a <strong>negotiation team<\/strong> to 3300 z\u0142 netto (4059,00 z\u0142 brutto).<\/li>\n<li>The registration fee for submitting a <strong>mediator or proxy <\/strong>to 1650 z\u0142 netto (2029,50 z\u0142 brutto).<\/li>\n<li>Payment is made via the Eveneum Sp. z o. o. sp.k., in accordance with the store regulations: <a href=\"https:\/\/eveneum.com\/regulamin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/eveneum.com\/regulamin\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>A VAT invoice is issued at the participant's request, after providing the data during the purchase in the Eveneum Sp. z o. o. sp.k.<\/li>\n<li>The Applicant has the right to resign from participation in the Event by July 31, 2022, and the participation fee is non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 6 . Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prizes are awarded by the <a href=\"https:\/\/negocjacjeimediacje.biz\/en\/jurorzy\/\">Tournament jury <\/a>, separate for negotiation teams and separate for mediators and proxies.<\/li>\n<li>The list of prizes posted on the website http:\/\/negocjacjeimediacje.biz\/nagrody\/ may change and is indicative only.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 7. Logo and name of the entity represented by the negotiating team<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The Organizers have the right to place the logo and name of the business legal entity that represents the notified negotiation team in the Event materials: baskets for drawing negotiation pairs, Event website, invitations, audio-visual materials from the Event coverage<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 8. Information on the processing of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The Administrator of the personal data of Participants is the Organizer: Eveneum Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., headquartered in M\u0142odziejowice.<\/li>\n<li>The Administrator can be contacted in all matters related to the processing of personal data:\n<ul>\n<li>in written, by sending correspondence to the address of any of the administrators,<\/li>\n<li>electronically, by sending correspondence to the administrator's address, respectively: rafal.dados@eveneum.com<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Dane osobowe Uczestnik\u00f3w b\u0119d\u0105 wykorzystywane zgodnie z warunkami okre\u015blonymi w rozporz\u0105dzeniu Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016\/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony os\u00f3b fizycznych w zwi\u0105zku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przep\u0142ywu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95\/46\/WE (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016,p. 1-88, RODO), ustawy z dnia 10 maja 2018r. o ochronie danych osobowych (t.j. Dz.U. z 2018 r. poz. 1000., UODO), polskimi przepisami przyj\u0119tymi w celu umo\u017cliwienia stosowania RODO, innymi obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cymi przepisami prawa oraz niniejszym Regulaminem.<\/li>\n<li>Dane osobowe podane w zg\u0142oszeniu uczestnictwa\/rejestracji on-line b\u0119d\u0105 przetwarzane w celu i zakresie zwi\u0105zanymi z organizacj\u0105 Turnieju Negocjacyjno-Mediacyjnego. Podstaw\u0119 przetwarzania danych osobowych przez Organizatora stanowi art. 6 ust. 1 lit b) RODO &#8211; realizacja umowy (akceptacja Regulaminu i zg\u0142oszenie udzia\u0142u w Turnieju oraz przyj\u0119cie przez Organizatora zg\u0142oszenia i op\u0142aty za uczestnictwo stanowi zawarcie umowy). Organizatorzy mog\u0105 r\u00f3wnie\u017c przetwarza\u0107 dane osobowe Uczestnik\u00f3w w celu ustalenia, obrony lub dochodzenia roszcze\u0144 pozostaj\u0105cych w zwi\u0105zku z organizowanym Turniejem, co stanowi prawnie uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO). W takim przypadku dane osobowe b\u0119d\u0105 przechowywane przez wynikaj\u0105cy z przepis\u00f3w prawa okres przedawnienia roszcze\u0144 lub czyn\u00f3w karalnych.<\/li>\n<li>Je\u017celi Uczestnik wyrazi\u0142 zgod\u0119, o kt\u00f3rej jest mowa w \u00a7 9 ust. 3, dane osobowe b\u0119d\u0105 przetwarzane w zakresie niezb\u0119dnym do zrealizowania celu\/cel\u00f3w, na kt\u00f3re wyra\u017cono zgod\u0119, do momentu wycofania zgody przez Uczestnika. Podstaw\u0119 przetwarzania danych osobowych stanowi art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) RODO &#8211; dobrowolna, jednoznaczna, \u015bwiadoma i konkretna zgoda osoby, kt\u00f3rej dane dotycz\u0105. Wycofanie zgody nie ma wp\u0142ywu na zgodno\u015b\u0107 z prawem przetwarzania, kt\u00f3rego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej wycofaniem.<\/li>\n<li>Participants' data may be made available by the administrator to entities acting on behalf of and on behalf of the administrator (e.g. technical service companies). In the event of granting the consent referred to in \u00a79 sec. 3, image data will be made available to an unlimited number of recipients by making it public in the manner specified in the consent.<\/li>\n<li>The administrator does not transfer data to a third country\/international organization, subject to the disclosure referred to in \u00a79 para. 3.<\/li>\n<li>Participants' personal data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.<\/li>\n<li>Participants have the right to:\n<ul>\n<li>access to data,<\/li>\n<li>rectification of data,<\/li>\n<li>deletion of data,<\/li>\n<li>data processing restrictions,<\/li>\n<li>the right to transfer data,<\/li>\n<li>opposition<\/li>\n<li>withdrawal of consent to data processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The exercise of the rights referred to above may take place by sending a written request in the manner indicated in section 1.<\/li>\n<li>Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection against the processing of their data by any of the administrators.<\/li>\n<li>Providing personal data by the Participant is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Tournament.<\/li>\n<li>If the Participant does not provide data, he may lose the opportunity to participate in the Tournament. Lack of consent may prevent the provision of services in connection with the Tournament.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a7 9. Final provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The Organizer is entitled to record the course of the Tournament using video and sound recording devices.<\/li>\n<li>Based on Art. 81 sec. 2 of the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1191, as amended), a permit does not require:\n<ul>\n<li>dissemination of the image of a well-known person, if the image was made in connection with the performance of public functions, in particular political, social, professional;<\/li>\n<li>a person who is only a detail of a whole, such as an assembly, a landscape, a public event;<\/li>\n<li>however, the images of the Tournament Participants recorded in this way may be disseminated in the form of photos or videos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Notwithstanding the provision indicated in par. 2, the Participant, during the application for participation in the Tournament, agrees to the free use, recording, processing, duplication, dissemination of the image recorded in the form of a photograph or video recording and granting the Organizer a non-exclusive, unlimited in terms of territory and time, free consent to use the image recorded in connection with participation in the Tournament for information, promotional and advertising purposes related to the Tournament or activities in the following scope:\n<ul>\n<li>recording and multiplication by any known technique and dissemination in any form,<\/li>\n<li>introduction to computer memory and multimedia network,<\/li>\n<li>multiplication of the recorded image,<\/li>\n<li>public display, display, playback, broadcasting and re-broadcasting, as well as making it publicly available in such a way that everyone can access it at a place and time of their choice,<\/li>\n<li>posting and publishing in the press, on websites, posters and billboards, social networks,<\/li>\n<li>broadcasting on television and radio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The Organizer is not responsible for items left or lost by the Participants in the place of the Tournament.<\/li>\n<li>Participants bear full financial responsibility for any damage they cause in the premises where any activities related to the Tournament are carried out.<\/li>\n<li>In matters not covered by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.<\/li>\n<li>For the settlement of any disputes with foreign participants of the Tournament, the text of the Regulations in Polish is accepted as the binding text, and the law applicable in interpreting the provisions of the Regulations is Polish law.<\/li>\n<li>Any disputes that may arise between the Tournament Participant and the Organizer will be settled by the court competent for the seat of the Organizer.<\/li>\n<li>These Regulations come into force on the day of its posting on the Website.<\/li>\n<li>The Organizer has the right to change the provisions of the Regulations. Changes will be published on the Website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t<p><strong>Consent when registering:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>&#8222;Wyra\u017cam zgod\u0119 na przetwarzanie moich danych osobowych przez Organizatora Turnieju Negocjacyjno-<\/em><em>Mediation: Eveneum sp. z o.o. sp.k. having a place of business at <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>in order to register and participate in the Negotiation and Mediation Tournament, including at <\/em><em>receiving tournament-related communications via e-mail.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to register and participate in the Tournament.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0I am aware of my right to access my data, the possibility of correcting it, <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>zaprzestania ich przetwarzania&#8221;. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>&#8222;Wyra\u017cam zgod\u0119 na nieodp\u0142atne wykorzystanie, utrwalanie, obr\u00f3bk\u0119, powielanie, rozpowszechnianie <\/em><em>wizerunku utrwalonego w formie fotografii lub zapisu video oraz udzielenie Organizatorowi niewy\u0142\u0105cznej, <\/em><em>nieograniczonej terytorialnie i czasowo, nieodp\u0142atnej zgody na wykorzystywanie wizerunku utrwalonego w <\/em><em>zwi\u0105zku z udzia\u0142em w Turnieju w celach informacyjnych, promocyjnych, reklamowych zwi\u0105zanych z Turniejem <\/em><em>w nast\u0119puj\u0105cym\u00a0 zakresie:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1) recording and multiplication by any known technique and dissemination in any form,<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2)\u00a0 placing it in the computer's memory and multimedia network,<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>3) multiplication of the recorded image,<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>4) public exposure, display, reproduction as well as broadcasting and re-broadcasting, as well as making it publicly available in such a way that everyone can have access to it in a place and at a time chosen by them,<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>5) placing and publishing in the press, on websites, posters, billboards and social networking sites,<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>6)\u00a0 emisja w przekazach telewizyjnych i radiowych&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Regulamin i warunki uczestnictwa Niniejszy regulamin okre\u015bla warunki rejestracji zg\u0142oszenia uczestnictwa w \u201eVI Og\u00f3lnopolskim Turnieju Negocjacyjno-Mediacyjnym dla biznesu&#8221; (zwanym dalej Wydarzeniem).
